Adi Chitragupta Finance Limited proudly concluded its three-day Mahila Udyami Samman Samaroh, held from 25 to 27 July 2026 at three locations in Patna.
The programme honoured 15 inspiring women entrepreneurs who transformed modest financial support into profitable and sustainable business. Through courage, discipline, and perseverance, they have not only strengthened their families but also created livelihood opportunities for other women in their communities.
“Women’s entrepreneurship is not merely a means of earning income; it is the foundation of dignity and self-reliance.” - Shri Gyan Mohan
ACFL’s Director & CEO, Shri Gyan Mohan, applauded the entrepreneurs for their faith in ACFL and emphasised that true empowerment lies in financial awareness, independent decision-making, disciplined savings, and responsible business management.
“ACFL’s financial inclusion initiative has reached more than 3,00,000 women entrepreneurs.” - Shri Rituraj Sinha
Director Shri Rituraj Sinha saluted the women who overcame significant hardships, expanded their enterprises, and created employment for others.
He further added that employment opportunities in Bihar often require men to work outside their home districts or states, while women continue to manage children, elderly family members, and household responsibilities at home. These circumstances often prevent women from pursuing regular employment outside the home.
He stated that to address this very need, by enabling women to access finance, establish small businesses from or near their homes, earn independently, and become strong economic pillars of their families, ACFL thru its financial inclusion initiative has reached more than 3,00,000 women entrepreneurs in Bihar.
Through this programme, ACFL reaffirmed that its purpose extends beyond financial assistance. It is committed to strengthening women’s confidence, entrepreneurial capabilities, financial literacy, and economic independence.
The three-day celebration demonstrated that when a woman’s determination is supported by trust, finance, and appropriate guidance, even a small business can become a powerful catalyst for social and economic transformation.
“The success of these women is not merely the success of a business; it is an inspiring story of a family’s prosperity, a society’s progress, and nation-building.”
