We are looking for 4 young, sincere and dynamic Article Assistants, who wish to gain diverse, hands-on exposure across multiple domains of professional practice, to join our growing Chartered Accountancy firm — M/s. Gunja Dalal & Co., located at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Areas of Exposure :
Selected candidates will get practical expertise in:
Indirect Taxation – GST Compliance, Audits & Advisory along with Old ST / VAT Legacy litigations
Direct Taxation – Income Tax Returns for Individuals as well as Body Corporate / LLP / Firm / HUF - ITR along with Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Assessments Proceedings, Appeals (CIT, ITAT) and Litigation.
ROC & Statutory Compliance – Company Law Filings, Audits, (From Incorporation to Compliances End to End)
International Taxation & NRI Taxation – Focus on USA, UK & Australia (From Residency Status to TRC, DTAA)
Bank Audits – Concurrent, Statutory & System Audits
Co-operative Societies & Trust Audits
Information System Audit & Fraud Detection
Start-up Assistance, Fundraising & Venture Capital Projects
You’ll get opportunity to work directly with Partner of the Firm and gain exposure across multiple industries and client types.
Eligibility Criteria :
CA Inter / IPCC (as per ICAI norms)
1st or 2nd year Articleship candidates / Transfer cases
Completed ITT and Orientation Training (as per ICAI guidelines)
Sincere, punctual, and eager to learn
Office Details :
Location: Office No. 305, Third Floor, The Pacific, Sector 13, Shilp Chowk, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with lunch break)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
