राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजितदादा पवार यांचे अपघाती निधन ही महाराष्ट्रासाठी अत्यंत दुखद ,दुर्दैवी व धक्कादायक घटना आहे. महाराष्ट्राचे झालेले हे नुकसान कधीही भरून येणार नाही यात काही शंका नाही.

दीड वर्षापूर्वी अजित दादा यांनी सह्याद्री फार्म्सला भेट देऊन फलोत्पादन क्षेत्रातील सुरू असलेल्या अनेक प्रकल्प व उपक्रमाची सविस्तर माहिती घेतली होती. फलोत्पादन क्षेत्राला वेगाने पुढे नेण्याची इच्छा त्यांनी त्यावेळी बोलून दाखवली होती. राज्याच्या फलोत्पादन क्षेत्राच्या क्षमता पुर्णपणे वापरुन शेतकर्‍यांचे उत्पन्न वाढविण्याची दिशा त्यांच्या मनात पक्की होती. शेती, शेतकरी व शेतीउद्योग याबद्दल आस्था असणारे द्रष्टे नेतृत्व आज महाराष्ट्राने गमावले आहे, ही पोकळी कधीही न भरून येणारी आहे. त्यांचा आत्म्यास चिरशांती लाभो ही ईश्वर चरणी प्रार्थना. सह्याद्री फार्म्सच्या सर्व शेतकरी सभासद , कर्मचारी व व्यक्तीश: शिंदे कुटुंबाच्या वतीने दादाना भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजली.

Transform 2 Perform marked an important milestone for Sahyadri Farms as the organization reflected on its transition from a phase of rapid growth to one of institution building.

With Sahyadri at a critical inflection point in its journey toward long-term scale, IPO readiness, and sustainable performance, the session brought the management team together to collectively examine how leadership thinking, strategic decision-making, financial discipline, governance, and values must evolve for the next phase.
