1) Understand completely the concept and functioning of a Chit Fund.
2) Match the needs of the customers. Provide financial planning & investment advice to customers.
3) Maintain a good working relationship with prospective clients.
4) Achieve respective monthly targets.
5) Doing Regular Follow-up with existing customers & introducing new customers.
6) Doing Daily reporting to your HOD.
7) Collect the all required documents as per company norms.
