महिला उधारकर्ताओं के लिए बैंकिंग व्यवस्था को बनाया गया और सरल।

दुर्बल वर्गों के लिए 12% की उप-सीमा के तहत महिला उधारकर्ताओं के लिए ₹2 लाख के लक्ष्य की अनिवार्यता हटाई गई है। इससे शहरी सहकारी बैंकों के लिए प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र ऋण (PSL) के प्रावधानों का अनुपालन आसान होगा और उन्हें अधिक प्रचालनात्मक लचीलापन मिलेगा।
