The project is undertaken by HC1 managed SPV named Shillong Expressways Pvt. Ltd. (SEPL) and scope of project involves development of 2 lane 48 km Shillong bypass from Km. 61+800 of NH-40 to Km 34+850 of NH-44 in the State of Meghalaya.

National Highways Authority of India awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Annuity basis in July 2010.

The bypass begins at beautiful lake of Barapani (also known as “Umiam Lake”) and ends at Mawryngkneng village in East Khasi Hills bypassing the hill station and state capital of Meghalaya, Shillong, which is also known as “The Abode of Clouds”.

This SPV is taken over by IDFC managed fund IIF 2 and management by HC1 from 1st April 2017.

The project is undertaken by HC1 managed SPV named Jodhpur Pali Expressway Pvt. Ltd. (JPEL) and scope of project involves development of 4 lane 72 km road from Jodhpur to Pali in the State of Rajasthan.

PWD, Rajasthan has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in February 2013.

The Project begins at Jodhpur, a popular tourist destination set in stark landscape of the Thar Desert. Road is part of one of the important link that connects northern states of Punjab, Haryana with western states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

This SPV is taken over by IDFC managed fund IIF 2 and management by HC1 from 1st April 2017.

The project is undertaken by HC1 managed SPV named Godhra Expressways Private Limited (GEPL) and scope of project involves development of 4 lane 87 km road from Godhra to Gujarat/ MP Border in the State of Gujarat.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in February 2010.

The Project is one of important road link in western India that connects Indore in MP with Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Project is also part of shortest road link between Central India and major ports like Kandla, Mundra etc.

This SPV is taken over by IDFC managed fund IIF 2 and management by HC1 from 23rd Feb. 2017.

The project is undertaken by HC1 managed SPV named Bangalore Elevated Tollway Pvt. Ltd. (BETPL) and scope of project involves development of party four lane elevated and six lane at grade road from Silk Board Junction to Attibele in the city of Bangalore, the State Capital of Karnataka.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in January 2006.

The Project is a part of a part of Bangalore – Hosur section of NH-7 (presently NH-44) and one of most popular road link in Bangalore which improved the connectivity of the Electronic City, home to many Global IT companies like Infosys, TCS, HCL, Wipro etc. and also improved the connectivity to the rapidly growing business hub along Hosur Road housing famous brands like Biocon, Narayana Hrudayalaya etc.

This SPV is taken over by IDFC managed fund IIF 2 and management by HC1 from 26th Oct. 2016.

The project is undertaken by SPV called Dewas Bhopal Corridor Pvt. Ltd. (DBCPL) and scope of project involves development of 4 lane 141 km road from Bhopal to Dewas in the State of Madhya Pradesh (MP).

Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in June 2007.

The Project is one of most important road link in MP which connects Bhopal, the state capital of MP with Indore, the commercial capital of MP. The Project is also known as VIP road due to movement of many important persons between Bhopal and Indore.

This SPV is taken over by IDFC managed fund IIF 2 and management by HC1 from 19th Dec. 2015.

The project is undertaken by HC1 owned SPV named Nirmal BOT Ltd. (NBL) and project scope involves development of 4 lane 31 km road from Kadtal to Armur in the State of Telangana.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Annuity basis in May 2007.

The Project is a part of Nagpur – Hyderabad section NH-7 and also part of 4,000 km North South Corridor that connects Srinagar in J&K with Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.

Dam along with hydroelectric plant named ‘Sriram sagar” constructed on the Godavari river, is only 3 km away from the Project. The dam has been described by The Hindu as “life line of large part of Telangana”.

This SPV is taken over by HC1 from 23rd Dec. 2015.

The project is undertaken by HC1 managed SPV named Ulundurpet Expressways Private Limited (UEPL) and scope of the project involevs development of 4 lane 72 km road from Tindivanam to Ulundurpet in the State of Tamil Nadu.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded the Project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in April 2006.

The Project is one of important road link in South India that connects Chennai, the state capital of Tamil Nadu with other southern cities and important spiritual destinations like Tiruchirappalli and Madurai.

Project is also part of shortest road link between capital Chennai and manufacturing hubs of Tamil Nadu like Tiruchirappalli, Ariyalur, Coimbatore, Salem, Karur, Thoothukudi etc.

This SPV is taken over by IIF and management by HC1 on 8th March 2014.
