More than happy to get precious blessings from one of my respected Gurus, Shree Ranjan Nagarkatte. Here I am sharing his words....
Today, on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, I wish to take a moment not just as your trainer, but as someone who deeply believes in the power of knowledge, discipline, and transformation.
Guru Purnima is a sacred day to honor the Guru–the guide, mentor, teacher, and even the inner light that removes darkness from one’s life. And I feel deeply blessed to be a small part of your journey in the insurance profession—a journey that’s not just about selling policies, but about changing lives, protecting families, and building futures.
As insurance advisors, your role is much bigger than most people realize. You are not just selling a product—you are instilling financial wisdom, creating peace of mind, and delivering hope when it is needed the most. If a Guru is someone who shows the way, then you too are a Guru in your clients’ lives. Never forget that.
Each session we do, each concept we learn, whether it’s Concept Selling, Objection handling, financial planning, IRR, or relationship building—it’s all part of shaping you into someone who can guide others with clarity and confidence.
I am proud of each one of you for your commitment to learning, your passion to grow, and your resilience in the face of challenges. The insurance industry tests us every day—but remember, those who stay consistent, curious, and courageous—are the ones who succeed.
On this day, I also want to express my gratitude to all my Gurus—those who mentored me in this journey and helped me become who I am today. Their lessons continue to echo through every session I take.
Dear students, may you keep learning, keep rising, and keep becoming not only successful professionals but also true Gurus in the lives of your clients, your families, and your communities.
Let the light of wisdom always guide us.
