Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for aspiring CAs who seek practical exposure in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial consulting. As an Article Assistant, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into the field of Chartered Accountancy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit & Assurance: Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for clients across various sectors, including thorough documentation and adherence to audit standards.
• Taxation: Support in preparing and filing income tax returns, GST returns, and handling related queries. Learn the nuances of tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Accounting & Compliance: Assist in maintaining books of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating for necessary information and documentation.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on recent amendments, industry practices, and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and provide value-added insights.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Pursuing or completed CA Inter (IPCC/Intermediate).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attitude: A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
