Steps to pay emi online
*Steps for EMI payment online*

In order to make EMI payment online kindly login to LIC HFL Customer portal by visiting following link

https://customer.lichousing.com

And follow following steps :

*Step 1 : Scenario A* . You have your Username and password: login with them and *go directly to step 2.*

*Scenario B* . You don't have your Username and password: follow step a to step j for getting Username and password.

a. Click on *Forget your Username*

b. Enter your 12 digit Loan Number, Date of birth of applicant(Primary/First applicant) and security code(captcha code) and click on *Submit*

c. Now click on **confirm and send OTP(one time password) ** after confirming first four and last two digits of your registered mobile number mentioned on same screen.

d. *Submit* received OTP on your registered mobile no then you will receive your "username" by message on your mobile.

e. Now Open https://customer.lichousing.com again

f. Click on *Forget Password*

g. Enter the same "username" which you received on your mobile , enter your 12 digit Loan Number, Date of birth of applicant(Primary/First applicant) and security code(captcha code) and click on *Submit*

h. Again click on **confirm and send OTP(one time password) **

i. *Submit* received OTP on your registered mobile number then you will receive your "password " by message on your mobile no.

j. Open https://customer.lichousing.com again and login with received "Username and password"

*Step 2* : Click on *Pay Online*

*Step 3* : Select loan account and click on *Get Dues*

*Step 4* : Amount due will be shown. Here click on *Pay*.

*Step 5*: Select mode of communication (Email or Mobile number)

*Step 6* : Read terms and conditions and click on
*I accept all terms and conditions of LICHFL*

*Step 7*: From here you will be redirected to payment gateway.

*Step 8*: Make payment through available options

*Step 9* Click on *Download Receipt* to download payment acknowledgement receipt.
(Actual receipt will be mailed to you on your registered email id)
