In continuation to the SEBI circular
👇
SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-II/DOF3/P/CIR/2022/8
dated June 15, 2022
and
SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I DOF1/P/CIR/2022/105 dated July 29, 2022

on "Nomination for Mutual Fund unitholders", it is mandatory to update Nomination Opt In/Out for folios created prior to 30th September 2022.

For folios created on or after 1st October 2022 the above rules are already implemented.

But the folio which are created before that need to update nominee and if not updated by 30th Sept.

😡Those folios will be debit freez.😡

Debit freez means you will not be able to withdraw funds from those folio.

Hence, please check your investment folios and let me know if you want to add nomine in your existing folios.

If nominee already available in those investment then please ignore this message.
