- Training & development for teams and POS
- Business growth through the POSP channel
- Achieving sales targets
- Motivating & supporting teams and POSs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales
- Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills
- Team management experience
- Analytical mindset and MS Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
