Quarterly Structure Meeting of SBI SC ST Employees Welfare Association is conducted on 26th June 2025, at LHO Hyderabad.*Our beloved Chief General Manager Sri Sahadevan Radhakrishnan* General Manager NW1 Sri Ravi Kumar Verma Sri Satish Kumar GM NW2, Sri Pankaj Priyadarashi DGM CDO, Sri Raj Kiran AGM HR, Sri Kabiraj Ghadei, AGM Laision, Sri Lakshman Rao CM IR and other HR functionaries participated.

On behalf Of SEWA, *Sri D Suryam President, Sri V Bhargava Kumar General Secretary*, Vice Presidents (HQ), Smt Shashi Kala, Smt E Sushma and Sri Srinivas Pallela, DGS HQ Sri M Siddartha Kumar, B Ravi Kumar Treasurer, Sri Anil Kumar AGS HQ, Sri MR Suresh Kumar DGS AO Secunderabad, Sri B Ravi DGS AO Nizamabad, Sri V Sravan kumar DGS Nalgonda, Smt Ch Vijayalakshmi DGS, Hyd AO, Sri K Rathan DGS Cyberabad AO, Sri P Ramanna DGS WARANGAL AO, EC Members Sri R Sathipandu and B Ambeth Kumar participated.

The meeting started with greetings from AGM HR, In his Welcome address by DGM CDO, has Congratulated SEWA for conducting General Body Meeting in such a grand manner, Both SEWA and CMC have Mutual Concerns about the bank and working for commonalities. A Wonderful platform was created on the SEWA website with good feedback mechanism.

Sri Ravi Kumar Verma GM NW-1 has raised concerns about the Business performance, YTD Negative Growth Branches (Particularly in P-Segment), Market Share of SBI, Compliance, A/Cs opened but not funded, Product knowledge of staff etc...

Sri Satish Kumar GM NW-2 spoke on Improving Asset Quality, Cyber security, Punctuality, NPS, Yono-2.0 etc...

The most impressive speech of the meeting was delivered by our beloved CGM sir, Complimenting every one for keeping Hyderabad Circle as one of the best circle in the country, the prime duty of everyone is keeping our bank as a public sector bank, We are earning alot of respect in the society due to the bank, this idea should be planted in all our staff's mind. Sir, urged upon the Negative growth in CASA, Xpress Credits, Customer service, SME advances, NPA concerns, Promotion and Pe*******on of Alternate channels, Product Knowledge etc...

Sir has asked SEWA to support the management in complying with constitutional guidelines related to SC/STs.

Sri Suryam President Spoke on SEWA activities, Visiting Branches, RBOs, SBILDs. Management is listening and resolving the issues of SC/STs and assured to percolate the message to all the staff down the line. Thanked the management for their support in Ambedkar Jayanthi celebrations.

V Bhargava kumar General Secretary has presented a memorandum on the recently held SC Commission Meeting at Mumbai, Minutes of the Parliamentary committee meeting held at Dharmasala and other important manuals / guidelines related to SC/STs , were explained to the CMC.

Extended coordination and co-operation from SEWA for achieving our business goals. Next the Agend is taken up , by General Secretary, advocated for justice to SC/ST members in transfer postings , including the adequate representation, conducting two days, annual Workshop on reservation on reservation policy and identification of Laision officers at all positions.

SEWA thanked the CMC for the good gesture shown by felicitating the retiring (June 2025) office Bearers Sri Sathipandu and Ambeth Kumar.

Such meetings, will provide an opportunity to understand management, ensuring the protection and rights of SEWA members. The meeting is concluded with positive vibes, and mutual respect with appreciations & greetings.

On 24th June 2025, The National Commission for Scheduled Castes , New Delhi, has conducted it's review meeting with SBI Corporate Center, Mumbai, Under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Chairman

Sri *Vaddepalli Ramchander* and *Sri Gudey Srinivas, IAS, Secretary*

On behalf of Management *Sri Challa Sreenivasulu Setty, Chairman*, *Sri Kishore Kumar Puludasu DMD HR*, Sri Surendra Rana DMD (Retail, Agri &SME), Sri Ponnambalam Murugun CGMHR, *Host circle Smt Manju Sharma CGM Metro Mumbai Circle*, Sri AT Thorat CGM (Legal), Sri Ravindra R Patil GM (Reservation Cell), Sri Purnendu Mohapatra DGM IR... Participated.

On behalf of National Federation of SBI SC ST Employees, led by Sri KL Chavan Secretary General, Sri Parmod Indal National President, Sri V Bhargava Kumar Senior Core committee, and other national leaders participated in the deliberations.
We submitted our demands in the form of Memorandum to Honrable Chairman of National Commission of SC, New Delhi, we brought our core issues to the notice of commission with a seperate meeting held with Honorable Chairman Sri Kishor Makwana sir and the major topic on reservation policy, services, and economic and social development safeguards for SC
The key discussions focused on the reservation of SC employees, backlog vacancies, and the functioning of the welfare and grievance redressal mechanism.

5) Pre recruitment training should be physical mode

6) Display of Dr BR Ambedkar Portait in all Brs,/ RBOs/ AOs/ LHO

7) Revision of eligibility criteria in promotion to OJM / Trainee officer by giving effect of one year relaxation in service seniority which was in SBI, but withdrawn..

We are pleased to inform you that *2 great Great meetings* at National level were held on 6th JUNE 2025, at *Dharmashala*, the holy place of Lord Buddha, in Himachal pardesh State.

It is a historic day for all of us..
The first meeting with Corporate Centre Meeting, was held ,where in we presented the following👇 our agenda items

1) Confirmation of Last core committee meeting held on 21.03.2025 at New Delhi

2) Display of Dr BR Ambedkar Portait

3) Additional transfer Immunity in all AOs

4) Include SEWA office bearers in CWC ( Circle Welfare Committee)

5) Correction of short fall and backlog to be done till date by excluding SC STs, selected or promoted on own merit without availing reservation and all such backlog vacancies are to be filled immediately by conducting a special drive

6) Promotion up to Scale V: very dismal results of SC STs officers during current year promotions up to Scale 5.

Lets say *Big Thanks to DMD CDO sir Sri Kishore Kumar Poludasu, and Sri Ponnambalam Murugan CGM HR*, who took charge recently, have resolved our agenda items immediately by announcing approval of

*1) One Additional transfer Immunity in each AO*
*2) Including NAFESE in SBI Manual was accepted*

Khudos to all our leaders and Congratulations to all SEWA members for great achievement.💐

We are confident that in days to come , we also clinch some of the agenda items in a phased manner. Let's be united.

On the same day ie on 06th June, 2025, the second great and important meeting with *The Parliamentary committee Welfare on SC STs*, (naturally we call it a Mini Parliament) headed by Honorable Chairman *Sri Faggan Singh Kulaste* and other 23 MPs including *Honorable MP , Dr Sri Mallu Ravi* from Telangana state also participated.

On Behalf of SBI *Sri Challa Sreenivasulu Setty, Chairman, Sri Kishore Kumar Poludasu, DMD HR, CDO, Sri Ponnambalam Murugan, CGM HR, MDs, CGM Law, Host circle CGM Sri Kishan Sharma, and Sri Ravindra Patil*, General Manager Reservation cell incharge , Laision office, and other CDOs HR officials are participated.

On behalf National Federation, our dynamic leaders *Sri KL Chavan Secretary General, Sri Parmod Indal, National President, and Sr D Suryam President, Sri V Bhargava Kumar General Secretary* from Hyderabad circle, alond with 16 circle office bearers participated in the august meeting.

We have submitted our core and important issues through a memorandum, prepared and submitted to the Parliamentary committee, The memorandum contains👇 1) Non implementation of Reservation in pramotion policy of GOI , in PSBs at par with Central Govt employees - Equilance of Post.
2) Reservation in SBI Subsidiaries ( SBI General insurance ,SBI Life, SBI Funds Management, SBI Capital, SBI SBOSs etc..)
3) Appointment of Director in SBI Board.
4) Extension of Reservation for Promotion from Messenger Cadre to Clerical Cadre
5) Display of Dr BR Ambedkar Portait in SBI
6)Non Recruitment group D employees in SBI
7)Grant of 15days Union leave
8) Reservation of eligibility criteria in promotion to JMGS-1 and TOs, by giving effect one year relaxation in service seniority which in force in SBI , but withdrawn
9) Bank should stop all out sourcing,and arrange for permenent recruitment.
10) Introduction of performance Review System of credit delivery to SC ST borrowers from RBI to Corporate level.
11) As per GOI, instructions our federation be associated while Negotiating any agreement with Trade Unions
12) Implementation of Reservation in promotion upto DGM cadre in all PSBs
13) Ministry of Finance, needs to withdraw OM, no6/2/2009 to ensure adequate representation of SC STs in all grades of officials in SBI as per Supreme court observation.

14) Review meetings by the ministry of Finance and the apex body of all banks, ir , IBA, needs to be convened , and few other important points were also presented.

The Parliamentary committee has also effectively reviewed our Bank, We have hope , in days to come some of our reasonable demands may be resolved soon..

SBI Pensioners Association, Hyderabad Circle - 38th Annual General Meeting was held at Warangal on 23.06.2025, wherein

The Circle CGM has delivered good speech, extended his greetings on the occasion & given assurance to bring better welfare of all Retirees.

L Chandrashekhar- garu spoke about the unity and Solidarity of AIBOC, NCBE and other UFBU constituents in achieving the benifits for pensioners from IBA through negotiations.

Sri Ravi Kumar Verma and Sri Jitendra Kumar Sharma said all the pensioners issues were resolved in Samadhan Pakhwada (Grievance Redressal), Workshop on Health, Financial Management and other benefits for staff before their retirement, Hyderabad Circle is Pan India Topper in health insurances, Retirees are the Brand Ambassadors of the bank etc...

On behalf of *SEWA Sri Suryam President* addressed the gathering, has applauded the unity and Strength of Pensioners Association. All the trade unions and welfare associations together should support and fight for the cause of Pensioners, given assurance to discuss the such important issue wherever possible forums, available with *SC ST Employees WELFARE ASSOCIATION* would definitely discuss & bring to the knowledge of the concerned authorities / Govt Depts for positive move. The meeting was grand success. We appreciate the organisers Sri Radha Krishna garu, President and Ramesh Babu garu Gen secretary, the way they conducted such a grand meeting with good strength.

*Gratitude for the Insightful two days workshop on, Reservation policy and Laision mechanism on 3rd March & 4th March 2025, at SBILD Secundrabad*

The Workshop was inaugurated by DGM CDO Sri Jitendra Kumar Sharma by paying tributes to *Bharath Rathna Dr.BR Ambedkar, The Father of Indian Constitution*
With the vast experience of Smt. Gayatri Devi, a retired Director of DoPT, Government of India, New Delhi, having effectively conveyed the constitutional rights, rules provided to SC, ST, and OBC communities , Ex-servicemen, & PwBD in Employment, Education and Political fields in a very simple and understandable manner.

This program has greatly benefited to Laision officers, SEWA office bearers and HR functionaries, especially in recruitment and promotion process.

Her explanation of maintaining rosters , applying reservation percentages in direct recruitment and in promotions and the significance of the liaison mechanism was highly informative.

Furthermore, she provided practical insights into the process of preparation of statements and dealing the grievance/complaints which are through the National Commissions and compliance for other Govt agencies / DFS etc. were taught in a easy method.

The knowledge gained from this training will significantly help in efficiently handling desk work related to HR matters.

Particularly, her insights on false caste certificates, caste certificate verification, and reservation rules in promotions have given us much-needed awareness.

On behalf of the SBI SC/ST Employees Welfare Association, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to *our beloved Circle Chief General Manager, Shri Rajesh Kumar* sir, Network GMs, Sri Ravi Kumar Verma Sri Prakash Chandra Baror Sri Jitendra Kumar Sharma DGM &CDO, and Sri Raj Kiran AGM HR, Sri Lakshman Rao CM IR, and other team of the entire HR Department for organizing such an invaluable program.

With this newly acquired knowledge, participants are confident that they will handle their tasks efficiently and in compliance with the guidelines.

Shri Jatoth Hussain Naik, Honorable Member of the National Scheduled Tribes Commission, New Delhi, conducted a review of the State Level Bankers' Committee (SLBC) programs in Telangana State, specifically addressing the management of the State Bank of India (SBI) and the Central Bank of India. General Managers Sri Prakash Chandra Baror (SBI) Sri Dharasingh Naik (CBI) are attended.

The review meeting was held on Saturday, February 1st, at the SBI Local Head Office, wherein Sri Hussain Nayak along with his team, examined how The National banks are distributing priority sector lendings in the state, particularly focusing on the proportion of loans being granted to weaker sections, farmers and SC ST beneficiaries.

On knowing, that Honorable Member of Scheduled Tribe presence is available, We ,on behalf of SBI SC/ST Employees Welfare Association , taken opportunity to felicitate Honorable Member and requested him to make a visit to our SEWA office, & He accepted our invitation and we honored him in recognition of his stature and efforts for the development of the community.
The event brought us a great joy & Happiness.

The 26th General Body Meeting of the SBI Staff Union Hyderabad Circle, was inaugurated on January 25, 2025, at The Address Convention, Narsingi Cross Road, Cyberabad.

The event was graced by *Com. Bandlish, Com. L. Chandra Sekhar General Secretary of SBI Staff Federation*, and representatives of Officers' Associations— *Com.Hatkar Shankar President* , *Com. Anjaneya Prasad General Secretary*, and *Com. I. Krishnama Raju Secretary General*.

On behalf of SBI SC/ST Employees Welfare Association, *Sri D. Suryam President, Sri V. Bhargava Kumar General Secretary, and Sri Dhanavath Babu (DGS-HQ)* attended.

On behalf Of Pensioners Association, *Sri Radhakrishnan President and Sri Ramesh Babu General Secretary* were present. Several staff union leaders, lady comrades, and esteemed members, from across the country also attended the event.
As the programme was also linked to *Com. R. Sriram* President of Staff Federation, General Secretary of Staff Union, and Convener of UFBU Telangana State , who is getting retired on 31st JAN, 2025, The committee arranged a felicitation programme.

Unfortunately, Com. S.K. Kalesha, Vice President of the Staff Union, passed away with sudden cardiac arrest at the meeting venue.
The top management immediately rushed to the hospital and paid tributes, expressed condolence. They could not participate in the inaugural session, but DMD CDO HR , Circle Management sent a message to the General Body, for Best Wishes, The message was read by Com. L. Chandra Sekhar.

As a mark of respect, the General Body observed a moment of silence to pay tribute to the departed soul.

Distinguished guests were felicitated and they extended their best wishes to the General Body with their speeches.

On behalf of the SBI SC/ST Employees Welfare Association, Sri V. Bhargava Kumar extended warm wishes to the General Body.

On this occasion, *Sri V. Bhargava Kumar* General Secretary SEWA, recited a beautifully written poem with enthusiasm, and a Certificate of Honour was presented to Com. R. Sriram.

The meeting was conducted on a grand scale, with vibrant decorations and well-organized arrangements, with Unity based songs, along with dances made the function memorable one.

The Reception Committee was congratulated for its excellent arrangements. Special congratulations was extended to newly elected President *Com. Sridhar* and *General Secretary Com. Srinivasan Shandilya* for their resounding victory in the elections.
Best wishes were extended to them for their future endeavors.
