HOW I DID IT, Ultimate Startup Stories is a platform to meet the startup heroes and listen to their ultimate success stories in their own words orgnaised by RAW events. The event will showcase 5 startup stories and 1 success story at every event organised in various cities. These stories will tell you how not to do things, which if followed will certainly bring your hard work into vanity. We belie
ve that learning directly from the creators of wealth with their unbelievable stories will help you grow your startups. During the networking breaks you can interact with them, discuss and analyse your manoeuvres for your day to day business. Start-ups mainly fail because of not having enough market for the products they have created, with poor business model, bad management team, no cash flow and many simple mistakes that startup entrepreneurs do even with the most ground breaking ideas. Ideas have potential to become billion dollar companies but all is vain if the captain of the ship does not know how to navigate. Few reasons why some start-ups have succeeded despite some inevitable hurdles in their journey are:
1. Timing of the launch.
3. Mastering the area of business.
4. Have a vision statement and follow the mission statement.
5. No matter what, they get to their customers with their products.
6. Be receptive and adaptable for change.
7. Competition is a war for them and they follow all ethical commandments of winning a war.
8. No business is born without an investment and its daily food is cash flow. They know exactly how to get it.
9. Knowingly or unknowingly they have a mentor, and some do it even without a mentor.
10. And ultimately they follow their instincts, because they believe that nothing can beat the gut. HOW I DID IT, Ultimate Startup Stories Will be featured in Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kolkota every year with startup stories from across the country. Dont miss your pitch.
