Now, location got developed and price is Three Fold - 16000 rs per sft.

2- *In this Belt*- Apart of Prestige, Now Sobha is the only Grade A Branded Plotted Development which clients prefer to avoid hassle of legality, assurance of quality development

3- STRR is the advantage- just 600 meter from this.

4- Price - in range of Rs. 6000-7000 per sft. . Even in North Bangalore, we are selling between 8k- 10k psft.

Most IT professionals are worried about AI taking their jobs, leaving their children unemployed. Fortunately or unfortunately, I am no longer an IT professional …

I am a professional consultant/broker with 13 years of experience ( total 31) and no such fear. The Y2K and Lehman brother stories are not new; AI is just another chapter.

Recessions occur every 6-8 years.

To overcome these challenges, consider the following key points:

1- Earn, Save, and Learn to Invest.

2- Build a Corpus to Achieve Financial Independence and Retire Early (FIRE) mode.

3- Avoid showmanship unless you have inherited wealth or saved a sufficient corpus.

4- I know many individuals living in 12 to 15 crore luxury properties and owning luxury cars…. While there is nothing wrong with that, one should not live on a liability of 12-15 lakh EMI per month. You understand what I mean.

This exercise is for you: Calculate your basic expenses … they are not substantial.

Earlier, there were no Ola or Swiggy services, and many still use public transport and cook their meals.

This approach has two benefits: you maintain your physical and mental well-being while saving four to five times.

You need money to show off…. I recall a scenario where someone boasted about owning a Mercedes, only to have it repossessed the next day.

Trust me, this advice may seem annoying, but following my 'nuisance principle' has made me fearless today.

Follow the 'nuisance formula' from Aman, and then talk to me after 5-10 years; you will have to respect me.

Yes… once you have Sufficient, show off…
