The govt will not extend the date for filing the return, because they lose the chance to collect penalty.
Is there any penalty for the inefficiency on the part of govt or the service provider Infy. It appears after dealing with multiple govt contract viz, MCA, GST I.TAX , infy also become a govt.organisation.
No body viz ICAI / trade bodies , able to tell the govt about the lacunas.

What happened to a zomotto customer happened to me also. A lady from Max Life Insurance stressed that Hindi is a National Language and she will talk only in Hindi. I experience that most of the callers from Insurance, investment etc. start talking only in Hindi. Very few people asks, which language is comfortable before starting the conversation. In majority south indians when they go north learn the language. But many persons in Cent.Govt dept, Banks
, come from North don't try to learn the local language.

SEBI - Supposed to be market regulator. I doubt verymuch about the capabilities. They allow many scripts to go up by 20% for few days 10% for few days 5% for few days, then put the scrip under BE Catagory (Only on delivery basis). Moment the script is put under BE catagory it goes to downward. When the promoter do insider trading / price controlling, it is an offence. But many companies, the promoter stake is in single digit or less than 15% and FII/DII holds more than 70%. If they to do the same thing, will it construed as offence?
