In fact, the most important learning happens through interactions, what the child experiences with his family, the society, the community, through parental guidance, expert advices, mentors and many more. Shaping Steps not only brings the people together but bounces facts and ideas through Buzz, where relevant issues are discussed and scrutinized. It offers a bouquet of the diverse Events happening in the vicinity that can be effective testing grounds for children, students and the youth alike, while providing support to them through counselling and mentoring. Through such experiential learning the children shall grow into caring and active members of the society. Children today are much more independent than the previous generation. They take their own decisions and we need to create a credible support system on which they may bank upon in times of need. Our aim is to create such an eco-system where not only the child but his parents, teachers, counsellors, institutions and society may come together at a platform to collaborate for sharing of useful information, with tools and through insights so that all may be able to learn effectively. By building upon their confidence and a sense of pride, we need to bring out their hidden talents and skill and thus mould them into the right path. Children have great potential and they just need a conducive environment where they are able to grow and blossom into responsible individuals.For what else is success, other than surpassing one’s own potential?
