🌟 Market Yourself, Not the Product 🌟
Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting an inspiring and thought-provoking session on "Brand Management – Market Yourself, Not the Product" by Mr. Pravin Sumesara, facilitated by Franklin Templeton India
One of the most powerful takeaways from the session was that in today's highly competitive world, everyone is busy marketing products and services. However, true and lasting success comes when you focus on building and marketing yourself as a brand.
People may buy a product once, but they trust, follow, and recommend individuals and organizations that consistently deliver value, knowledge, authenticity, and credibility.
During the session, Mr. Sumesara emphasized that personal branding is not about self-promotion—it's about creating trust, building meaningful relationships, sharing expertise, and becoming known for the value you bring to others. When people recognize your integrity, knowledge, and commitment, your personal brand naturally grows stronger.
A strong personal brand helps you:
✅ Build trust and credibility
✅ Create meaningful professional relationships
✅ Stand out in a crowded marketplace
✅ Influence and inspire others
✅ Open doors to new opportunities
The session encouraged all of us to shift our mindset from simply selling products to creating value, developing expertise, and building a reputation that people can trust.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Pravin Sumesara and Franklin Templeton AMC for sharing valuable insights and motivating us to think beyond products and focus on becoming brands ourselves.
As a token of appreciation, Mr. Pravin Sumesara was presented with a memento by our CEO, Mr. Keyur Gandhi, and Business Head, Mr. Abhay Raina, recognizing his inspiring contribution and the valuable lessons shared during the session.
we believe that continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development are key drivers of success. Sessions like these not only enhance our knowledge but also inspire us to become better professionals and stronger leaders.
