Sowing and reaping and what we must remember.
Even young people must become aware of the gap between the sowing season and the reaping, and the relation to our worklife...

For those of you who have launched themselves into a cycle of work-play-work, stop for a few minutes and ask yourselves a few questions:
- is my financial situation changing from month to month?
- if I am selling my time for money (employed and self-employed), am I gaining any ground?
- if I go on doing this, and considering inflation and an increase in my expenses, how many more hours will I have to sell in order to make ends meet?
- is making ends meet the all I want to achieve?

All self employed people know the uneasy feeling of always looking ahead for the 'next deal' the 'next piece of work'. Its ok, but unsettling, and makes it difficult to enjoy the moment.

I want you to consider a different financial model, one in which some of your income is not based on 'the next deal', and one enabling others to share in a venture's financial success.
