Dolly Designs was set up by the owners of 'Toddlers & Tiaras Pageant Superstars' (Lauren and Ava) because we love editing pictures and so we decided we could make some for all of you :). RULES:
-Wait will be about 1-3 days.
-Do not remove our logo (DollyD.) which will be printed in small writing on each edit.
-Credit is a must.
-Do not take other peoples completed requests without permission.
-No

rude or insulting comments on our pictures, or our wall.
-Please do not request a profile picture underneath other pictures. (We will only accept requests on our wall.) Please fill out the form below and post it on our wall. We will not accept a request without it.
