One of the biggest pieces of advice I give clients is to start the process early.
Understanding your borrowing capacity, getting your finances mortgage-ready and knowing what lenders will be looking for can put you in a much stronger position when the right property comes along.
You don’t need to have found a property before speaking to a broker — in many cases, the earlier the conversation happens, the better.
