Monasterevan Credit Union will be open on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 for all member services.

Please note we will be closed on Monday, 4th May 2026.

Even when the office is closed, you can still access your account anytime through our online services, including balances, transfers, and loan information.

📢 May Day Bank Holiday Notice 📢

Please note that Friday 1st May is a bank holiday.

This means bank transfers (SEPA payments and direct debits) will not be processed that day. SEPA Instant Payments will still work as normal.

If you need a payment to go through on time, please send it before Thursday 30th April. Payments sent after that may not be received until Monday 4th May.

We’re delighted to support Monasterevin Community Centre and their fantastic girls teams 🙌

It’s great to see our sponsorship put to such good use — from brand new jerseys to additional training equipment, and even a planned summer outing for all the teams ☀️⚽

Initiatives like this are at the heart of our community, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping these young players thrive.

Huge congratulations to the winners of this year’s Credit Union Quiz competition! 🏆

A fantastic achievement representing dedication, teamwork, and strong knowledge — well done to all involved for getting through this chapter. We are all so proud of you.

A special mention also to those representing Monasterevan Credit Union Limited, who took part in the competition. While they did not progress through to the nationals, their effort and participation were a great achievement in itself, and they should be very proud of how far they’ve come.

The Credit Union Quiz Nationals will take place this Sunday, bringing together teams from across the country for the next stage of the competition.

A big thank you as well to the teachers and staff who encouraged, supported, and guided the students throughout the preparation. Your time and commitment clearly made a real difference.

We are truly honoured and deeply grateful to the wonderful community of Monasterevin for your incredible support this St. Patrick’s Day.

Receiving the Best Window award means so much to us, and it is a reflection not only of our efforts, but of the warmth, encouragement, and community spirit that surrounds us every day. We are sincerely thankful to everyone who took the time to visit, admire, and share in the celebration.

A special thank you as well to the new St. Patrick’s Day Committee on their first year organising the festivities — you did an amazing job, and we wish you all the best for the years ahead!
