Tip # 1 - Never shop based solely on the total MG of CBD in a bottle ie. 1000MG…⁠
⁠
Why? Because 1000mg of CBD in a 30 ml bottle is 3x weaker than the same amount in a 10ml bottle - so you’d need 3x the amount of drops to get the same dosage.⁠
The size of the bottle depends on how diluted or how much of a ‘carrier oil’ used… meaning bigger bottles are more heavily diluted!⁠

Tip # 2 – Shop with brands that give you strength in a %..⁠
⁠
Transparency is very important and providing strength in a % helps you to compare products and understand what you are buying!⁠

We have 3 strengths available - 5%, 10% & 15%.⁠

10% & 15% are the most cost-efficient options and generally last much longer - as they are stronger than 5% you use less drops to get the same dosage.⁠

For example an average low dosage of 20mg CBD is :⁠
