- An established construction business with operations across Ireland & The UK generating sales in and around €2m 💰

The Problem:
- They are currently using or trying to adapt to using Sage 50 accounts for accountancy and payroll. This is proving costly from both a financial and time perspective. Training and onboarding to new tools & software is often not as seamless as expected 🤯

The Solution:
- GLT Setup the accounting software package to meet the exact needs of the business.
- GLT carried out a full review of all their systems, processed & procedures currently in place. Where possible, manual and repetitive processes were replaced by software automated processes.
- Full training was carried out with both accounts and non-accounts staff to ensure data is accurately and efficiently inputted. This removed the added layer of training on Sage 50 for the business owner and removed the scooter for human error.

- The Company: A sector leading distribution business with operations both in Ireland and the UK with sales in the region of €4.5m 💶

- The Problem: The company employed a financial controller, an accounts technician and an administrator in the accounts department. All three staff were always very busy processing day to day transactions. They relied heavily on spreadsheets and carried out many repetitive and time-consuming tasks manually.

The owners of the business found it very difficult to obtain meaningful insights about how the company was performing 🤷‍♂️

- The Solution; GLT setup the accounting software package to meet the exact needs of the business.

GLT carried out a full review of systems, processes and procedures. Where possible, manual and repetitive processes were replaced with software automated processes.
