On 09-December-2019, Indonesian NAVY is receiving 10 new Ships built by 4 Shipyards located in Batam - Indonesia.

These New Ships are comprise of 4-units KAL 28 (28m Patrol Craft, Max Speed at 28knots) and 6-units Combat Boats (18m, Max Speed at 45knots). And They were built under BV-Classification service for Design Review, New Construction Survey, Tests & Trials, and finally Issuance of Classification Certificate.

These units will be distributed and placed in every Naval Bases of Indonesia territory to reinforce the NAVY assuring the National sovereignty from the sea.

We are proud to be the part of History of Military Industry in Indonesia.

BV-Class had been trusted by Indonesian NAVY since 2015 to assist them in most of their Ships Procurement Program thru New-Construction in local shipyards.

This task is involved BV to perform design review, supervising the construction process, tests and trials as the way to assure the quality of their ships before officially accepted as part of NAVY fleet.

On 06-December-2019, Indonesian NAVY and BV-Class Representatives Performed a commodore inspection of 2-units Newly Built Patrol Craft in PT. Caputra Mitra Sejati (Cilegon-Indonesia), before they are handed over to the NAVY Chief.

KRI-Bubara 868 & KRI-Gulamah 869 are planned to be handed over on an official ceremony, which will be conducted within next 2-weeks.

After long delay, caused by uncertain situation on the Market and finding a potential buyer, finally she Will Be Launched today, as the Owner has been found and defined.

This 152m x 42m x 15m Floating Dock with 9000Ton Lifting Capacity, is built in Bandar Abadi Shipyard, Batam - Indonesia, under BV Class Supervision & based on Rules for New Building standard for Floating Dock.

After some finishing touch, test and trial, She will finally be operated in PT.Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari, located in Jakarta; Indonesia.

“River Thames” is a BV - Classed Ship built by Pax-Ocean Shipyard (Batam - Indonesia) under Contract of Royal-IHC Shipyard (Netherlands) for DEME, the owner based Belgium.

Another achievement by Shipyard based in Indonesia for a special Vessel as this TSHD.
