1. We. Gold seller Mandate CJ HOLDINGS Co., LTD., hereby state that we have intent to sell Gold Crafts under terms and conditions of International Chamber of Commerce-ICC rules for International Trade, INCOTERMS Edition 2010.
2. We are experienced Sellers engaged exclusively in the “off-market” trade of large-volume bullion inventories. We hold legal title to one of the largest stockpiles of investment grade bullion on the market. We hereby declare, with full authority and legal responsibility, that we are ready, willing and able to sell and deliver the below high-purity gold in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth herein.

3.7. Location : It is stored in Holder Warehouses in South Korea.
3.8. Delivery : EXW Secure Warehouse in Seoul
3.9. TRANCHES : a) First Lift : MOQ 1,000( ONE Thousand)Kg
b) Second ~ : Min. over Five hundred (500)Kg per week * month
3.10. PRICE : EXW LBMA D.C Gross 20 (Twenty), Net 17 ( Seventeen) %
1) COMMISSION : Seller pays the commissions according to IMFPA
Seller’s Group (closed) / Buyer’ side : LBMA 1.5(One point Five)%/Kg
2) PAYMENT : All payment by clear, clean, non-criminal origin and by MT700 or MT103 T.T
4. PROCEDURE :
4.1. The Buyer and the Seller sign the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement).
4.2. The Buyer issues the MT700.
4.3. The Seller moves the Products (1 MT) to the Warehouse.
4.4. The Buyer prepares for and conducts the inspection of the Products.
4.5. Upon completion of the inspection, payment is verified (MT700 Negotiation).
4.6. The Seller confirms the receipt of payment and hands over the products to the Buyer.
4.7. The transaction is closed, and the schedule for the next transaction is discussed.
4.8. The intermediary commission is paid.

2) Offered commodity above described for sale are with good, clean title, free from any lien, mortgage, bill of sale or encumbrances of any nature.
