AIA Victory Family勝利家族係由11個不同區域所組成，以Victory District EDD Mr Dennis Chan為家族總舵主，聯同Ms Elsa Cheng 嘅 Bauhinia District, Ms Chong Suen Suen 嘅 Triomphe District, Mr Hongie Fung 嘅 Hongie District, Mr Wong Wing Lam 嘅 Wealth District, Mr Raymond Lee 嘅 Century District, Mr Joseph So 嘅 Sky District 同 Mr Erik Choi 嘅 Jaguar District，以團結凝聚努力向上的力量，帶領家族創造一個接一個不同方面嘅壯舉：

- 於2016年，家族擁有115名百萬圓桌會合資格會員 (MDRT 2016 Qualif

ier)。當中包括3名頂尖會員 (TOT) 及3名超級會員(COT)。

- 擁有全AIA唯一一部由家族所持有嘅Roadshow Van，令同事們一星期7日都可以做Roadshow，增加客源及銷售量。

- 位於鰂魚涌AIA Hong Kong Tower 15樓嘅V Club，為家族所擁有嘅私人會所，給予同事們一個舒適寧靜嘅地方見客、training、招募同飲嘢聚會嘅地方。家族會定時喺會所舉辦不同類形嘅講座、試酒會等，令同事喺生意同招募上帶嚟正面影響。
