My first post was 🎯 so I wanted to soften the mood with these lovely post I saw that just warmed me heart. This type of love still exist however you have to first love yourself in order to know what loving you is supposed to feel like. If you know me you know I love love stories and love. With it you can conquer anything you are up against. I’ve even written about how I visualize it for my future in my own journal. Loving me, how I desire my kids to show me and others love and how my mate and I will love each other too. Writing isn’t just a tool it’s also a way to manifest your goals, dreams, and your happy place. ❤️💕💜✨ -

Sometimes you are not always right, Sometimes they are not always wrong. If we could on d be real and honest for a second we have been then one that was toxic. I mean it does take two to tango😂😂🤷🏾‍♀️. Becoming self aware is so critical and one way to do that is by answering some what challenging questions about ourselves I created the I Am, I Can ,I Will journal for this reason. It allows you to be be in a comfortable space while you unpack some things that are less comfortable. Get started today the New Year is coming,if not now then when. ❤️✨ -

Who’re I truly knew who I was God did and over time he revealed to me how much I meant to him and how valuable I am just because He made me. Well the same goes for you, you just have to tap into ways to start believing it’s true and one strategy I used is gratitude.Most of the time we don’t think we deserve better for a number of reasons, but that’s a whole entire lie. I challenge you today to begin to do things differently. Get the gratitude journal by tapping the link under my name and then tapping on gratitude journal 🙏🏾.Then once you receive it you will use it to write down 3-5 things you are grateful for daily. I guarantee you will experience a shift in your mind and your spirit.

When I couldn’t see what God had planned for me, I got frustrated not knowing how I would arrive to the destination I have been longing for. Can anyone else relate? -
For the past few weeks I have been hearing these buzz words in the spirit from thought leaders, and so I came up with this formula. -

And I want to encourage you too,that delay is not denial, ask, seek and knock, and wait for his timing. What has helped me implement these strategies is mental exercise and reevaluating why and how I am thinking the way that I am. -

As my oldest says “ you are thinking wrong”😳😂And sometimes he is right🙄🥺 This growth mindset concept require intent daily. What I found most helpful is the journal with prompts. -
