On February 3, 2026, Eastroc Beverage (09980.HK / 605499.SH), a portfolio company of Harvest Capital, was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

With the ringing of the opening bell in Hong Kong, Eastroc Beverage completed its “A+H” dual-market listing, becoming China’s first functional beverage company to be listed on both the A-share and H-share markets.

Backed by our deep early experience in the Red Bull category, we have long believed that functional beverages represent the fastest-growing segment within the soft drinks industry. We first engaged with Eastroc in 2014, and in 2017 invested RMB 350 million, becoming the company’s sole external shareholder at the time.

After nearly a decade of partnership in the A-share market, Harvest Capital once again participated in Eastroc’s Hong Kong IPO in 2026 as an anchor and cornerstone investor, supporting the company’s next phase of global expansion.

Standing together in times of crisis is a core value we uphold. On 26 November 2025, a Level 5 fire broke out in Tai Po District, Hong Kong, becoming one of the most serious urban fires the city has faced in recent years. The incident has drawn widespread concern and sympathy across society.

In response to the tragedy, Harvest Capital has pledged a HK$5 million donation to support ongoing relief efforts. The funds will be allocated to emergency assistance, medical treatment, temporary resettlement, and post-disaster reconstruction for affected residents.

We extend our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the fire and our heartfelt sympathies to all families and communities impacted. We also pay tribute to the firefighters, medical staff, and volunteers who courageously stepped forward in the face of danger.

In times like these, even the smallest acts of kindness can come together to make a meaningful difference. We hope our contribution can support Hong Kong through this difficult period—may the departed rest in peace, the injured recover soon, and affected communities rebuild their homes swiftly.

Through hardship, we stand united. Harvest Capital will continue to stand with Hong Kong, now and always.
