🐕🦺 金剛禪定功·胸肌篇
悟空緊守「精準多過勁」嘅修行原則——練嘅止唔係大隻,仲有嘅係身體穩定。
胸大肌(Pectoralis Major)負責前肢支撐體重、穩定肩關節,令站立姿勢挺拔有力;胸小肌(Pectoralis Minor)則同人類好唔同——狗狗用佢嚟微調肩胛骨位置,同前鋸肌(Serratus Ventralis)協同合作,承托體重之餘保持靈活。
深層穩定肌啟動得好,行路跑步先唔會「寒背」同容易「拗柴」。穩定,先係真功夫。

The Pectoralis Major supports body weight through the forelimbs and stabilizes the shoulder joint for that upright, powerful stance. The Pectoralis Minor functions differently from humans: dogs use it to micro-adjust scapular position, working alongside the Serratus Ventralis to bear weight while maintaining mobility.
Activate these deep stabilizers well, and movement stays aligned and injury-free. Stability is the true skill.
