The Chinese University of Hong Kong Valorous means courage and bravery.

第十二屆幹事會中文名稱為「精昊」。「精」代表本會－保險、財務與精算學系系會，亦寓意本幹事會成員皆是一班有勇有謀的精英之士，做事前懂得細心規劃，並提出精闢獨到的見解。另外，「昊」字解作天空，象徵本幹事會身在穹蒼，目光自然遠大；居高臨下，視野自然廣闊。有智，亦要配合勇(Valorous)，方能越過險厄，在疑無路的境地，勇往直前，看見柳暗花明又一村。本幹事會勇於領頭，掃除前方障礙，扶持眾會員踏上康莊大道，開拓廣闊明天。最後，本幹事會誓必精貫白日，以服務眾會員為己任，盡心竭力為眾會員謀福利，並領眾同學闖出一片天！

The Society of Insurance, Financial and Actuarial Analysis (SIFA) is stepping into its 12th year. Since the establishment of SIFA, the society

has long been devoted to all members, serving with all kinds of activities and substantial welfare. We, the 12th cabinet of 2014-2015, SiFalorous, pledge to strive and retain the SIFA’s spirit. SiFalorous is the combination of “SIFA” and “Valorous”. We dare to lead the way, putting our efforts in breaking new ground. No matter how many obstacles would be up ahead, we will do our utmost to surmount. And for our Chinese name「精昊」. The first character means ingenious and refined, showing our proficiency. The second character means “vast” and “sky”. Sky has no boundary, so as our thinking. Facing challenges ahead, we would think broadly and come up with comprehensive solution. Let us watch from the sky, facing future with valor and pride!

You can learn how to dress up appropriately and impress others in business settings,
