Highlights from the 15th International Conference of the Financial Engineering and Banking Society (FEBS), hosted in Florence, Italy by the European University Institute.

The conference brought together academics, researchers and professionals from around the world to exchange ideas and present cutting-edge research.

A special moment of this year’s conference was the presentation of the FEBS International Award 2026 to Professor Loriana Pelizzon in recognition of her outstanding contributions to financial research and academia. The award was presented by FEBS President, Professor Constantin Zopounidis.

We would like to thank all participants, speakers, reviewers, session chairs and members of the organizing committee for contributing to another successful FEBS conference.
