Gamswitch Holds In-House Training on Service Stability and Reliability

Over the weekend, Gamswitch held an in-house training session bringing together staff from the Technical, Operations, and Business Development & Marketing departments.

Led by the Technical Team, the session focused on improving incident monitoring, internal communication, troubleshooting, escalation, and cross-departmental coordination.

The training provided a valuable platform for staff to gain a clearer understanding of the technical issues involved, share observations from their respective areas of work, and discuss practical ways to strengthen coordination and response to clients requests urgently

At Gamswitch, we remain committed client satisfaction, stronger teamwork, and ongoing improvements in the way we support the services that connect businesses, financial institutions, and customers across The Gambia.
