The Bank operates from 17 locations

spread around the country, inclusive of our electronic branch located at Senegambia Tourism Development Area. We believe that giving back to the less privileged residents of our host communities is a prerequisite for the overall development of the country. Our key intervention areas are Health, Education, Sports, Arts and Culture.

To re-activate your GTWorld Gambia Mobile App, simply update or download the latest version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Open the app and sign in using your existing User ID and password. If your login details do not work, select “Sign Up” to re-register using your account number, TIN and registered phone number. You will receive an OTP to verify your identity, then create a new password and 4-digit transaction PIN.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app, as recent security updates may affect older versions. If you do not receive the OTP or continue to experience issues, kindly ensure your SIM is active.
