1. Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales and profit targets, grow branch business, and manage customer relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, manage the loan portfolio, and supervise staff training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, branch security, and accurate financial reporting.
Skills Required:
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking.
• Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Qualifications:
• A first degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager.
• Proficiency in T24 banking software.
2. Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits, assess risk, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and advise management on internal control improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with the Board and Audit Committee.
Skills Required:
• Strong integrity, independent judgment, and leadership ability.
• Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Qualifications:
• A first degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in auditing, preferably in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in T24 banking software and knowledge of IFRS.
