matching tool, young Africans can engage in a transparent and nondiscriminatory recruitment process (sadly now exclusionary) that helps them to discover their true interests and skills, and matches their competencies and talents with interesting opportunities, top employers, and rewarding internships. Moreover, we believe in not only creating job opportunities for young Africans on the continent but in helping young Africans explore their interests and abilities through a skills and interest assessment that matches them to opportunities they would otherwise not explore.
