After winning the Outstanding Achievement in Casting at the CSA Artios Awards for The Fisherman, I’m honoured to receive a nomination for Best Casting Director at the Ghana Movie Awards for the same project.

This recognition is especially meaningful as this is the first year the awards have introduced the Casting Director category.

Yesterday I arrived home in Ghana after winning at the Artios Awards, and the welcome I received was truly overwhelming. 🇬🇭

Being welcomed with drumming, dancing, and the presence of friends, loved ones, film lovers, and distinguished personalities made the moment incredibly special. I was also honored to receive a citation from the Africa Chamber of Content Producers.

Grateful for the love and support. This win is for Ghana and for African storytelling.
