The World Monetary and Global Banking Research Institute was created by the International Conference held in Accra in April, 2013 by group of Experts in Monetary Economy and Global Banking from around the World. Its mission is to implement the World Conventions and Policies of the following United Nations Agencies in the areas of World Monetary Economy Programs, and Global Banking and Financial Systems Development through excellent and dynamic Scientific Research Analysis, Assessments, Measurements, Examinations, Evaluations, Synthesis and News Reports on the continents of Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania as follows:
The World Bank Group
1. The first is to implement The World Bank Group Agreements and Policies through Excellent and Pragmatic World Banking Research, Projects, Workshops and Reports; Advanced Universal Capital Investment Research; Efficient International Financial Market Statistical Reports; Global Banking Policy and Consultancy Research on the activities of The World Bank’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, The International Finance Corporation and International Development Association Programs.

2. The second is to implement The International Monetary Funds Agreements and Policies through Quality International Monetary Research, Working Papers and Reports on the Uniform Standard Foreign Exchange Transactions; Quantitative Research Projects on monitoring Universal Currencies Exchange Rates; Qualitative Research on Imbalanced Global Payment Systems and International Financial Services; and Advanced Experts Knowledge Research on International Reserves and Currencies Stabilization; and Genius Advice on Payment for Global Imports of Goods and Services as well as World Monetary Policy Planning.

3. The third is to implement the Conventions and Policies of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (U.N.I.D.O) and United Nations Development Program (U.N.D.P) through Advanced Scientific Research, Projects and Reports on the World Monetary Economy Development and Global Banking Systems to address the main issues and policies on World Industrial and Economic Development Programs.
4. The fourth is to implement the Conventions and Policies of World Trade Organization (W.T.O) concerning World Currencies Trade and World Imports and Exports Trading, Banking and Finance through Dynamic and Efficient Scientific Research, Conferences and Reports on Exports and Imports Licensing; Efficient Projects on World Banking and Payments Balance; Effective International Banking Reports on Tariffs Agreements and Payment of Goods and Services.

The fifth is to implement The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (U.N.E.S.C.O) Conventions and Policies on Education and Scholar Scientific Research in the field of World Monetary Economy and Global Banking Systems through Practical Universal Scholar Research Publications, Lecturers, Seminars, Workshops and Conferences, and to conduct scholar, academic, professional, empirical and conceptual Scientific Research in Global Banking on the continents of Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
The World Monetary and Global Banking Research Institute has come out with the following World wide divine blessing key Professional Universal Agencies as a result of its scholar scientific research and discovery in Global Banking and Finance in order to reach its objectives in Researching Consulting, Counseling, Advising and Planning on the issues of development in the global financial markets.
