Job Title: Administrative assistant

Job Location: New Ashongman, Accra.

Job Description
• Develop and maintain filing system for the company
• Develop and maintain databases of all company clients, staff, agents and partners
• Perform secretarial duties
• Provide administrative assistance to other staff

Qualification and Requirements

Applicant must

• have minimum S.H.S
• be motivated
• be highly organized
• be computer literate, be able to use excel and word
• possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• possess basic accounting and typing skills
• be able to handle office machines e.g. photocopier, printer, scanner
