Kim and Craig are your first point of contact, offering guidance, reassurance and support from the moment you call. They will personally attend to bring your loved one into our care, ensuring this important first step is carried out with dignity, compassion and respect.
Kim personally carries out the care of your loved one, supported by Craig’s mum, Wendy, treating every person in our care as if they were one of our own.
On the day of every funeral, both Kim and Craig will be there to support you and your family, providing the continuity and personal service that means so much during difficult times.
Behind the scenes, you’ll often see Kim’s mum, Yvonne, helping around the office, along with Craig’s sister, Kate. Every member of our family plays a part because caring for your family is a responsibility we all share.
