🎃 Last weekend I had an absolute Blast... or rather a Blow! 🔥
On an extremely wet and windy Saturday, I was stood next to a furnace of almost 1,150°C and I made some incredible glass pumpkins. 🎃
❤️ I have been to the The Glass Hub a few times now, and it is absolutely brilliant! Abbie was amazing and a brilliant teacher and looking forward to more projects!! ❤️

🤓⚠️ Is your current mortgage deal coming to an end in the next 6 MONTHS!🧐⚠️

🏡 If so you can start looking at your mortgage options from NOW as rates can be held for up to 6 months. There can be options when it comes to a like-for-like re-mortgages and see what the best deals are available to you no, or maybe consider paying some money off the mortgage, or, taking the equity back out of the property for home improvements perhaps? 🏡

👀 Have a look at all options and make sure that this starts well in time for when your deal comes to an end. If you do nothing, the mortgage will mature onto its variable rates which can be in excess of 7%!!! 😬⚠️

🥰 I honestly can not believe how busy I have been since I have been back from annual leave.🥰

I have just been able to resurface again and I firstly would like to thank each and every one for recommending myself and services to help their clients, friends, family members and everyone in between! 🙏😘

The past couple of weeks have been purely joyful, getting to know new clients, being excited, planning futures and in some cases getting their ducks in a row. There is so much activity with home movers selling and a fair few amount of viewings that are happening, in the hope to be in by Christmas. 🏡

⚠️ To make sure you are ahead of the game, self employed clients need to have their up to date 2026 accounts done and ready now as 2025 accounts are too old for the majority of lenders. Don’t get caught out by this and delay a transaction. ⚠️

❤️ I work solely on word of mouth, recommendations and referals so reviews are incredibly precious and goes a long way!!! ❤️
Many of my clients have kindly left me a review on my page, but they can only do this once and therefore returning clients can not add to their reviews or experiences 🤯.

🤓 I have just been working quietly this evening, and in the background I have had The Martin Lewis Money Show on. 🤓
❓️ There are so many questions that are being asked by the public and so much uncertainty in the market, that any option or route is a gamble. It can be so hard to navigate and does really depend on risk appetite and what clients think will happen in the future.
It is really fascinating to see what Capital Economics predict for the future compared to the Market's View.
My personal aim is to support, advise and continue to provide as best a service that I possibly can in a slightly termoil time.
Remember though..... we have all been through a L O T worse! 😘🦠

📚 Reading a book from right to left and the words are from top to bottom...
🍜 Eating food with wooden sticks instead of cutlery...
🚄 All public transport runs on time... if you are late you have missed it.
👭Everyone is friendly and helpful, even if they cannot speak the same language, they will find a way to communicate... google translate, or mime!
🚽 Even going to the toilet is a joy! 🤣

I initially was slightly apprehensive about our trip. I thought it was going to be so futuristic and everything was going to be about Technology, Robots, Nintendo, Apps and I know I have left this too late in life to begin to learn about all of this 🤣
But this country has gone right to the top of our detination list and the technology only makes life easier, simpler, quicker and more efficient! ❤️

🌍 O U T O F O F F I C E - Back on Tuesday 6th October 🌍

After a brilliant year so far, it is now time to put my pen down and my calculator away and turn off for a while. ☀️☀️🥳

❤ I want to thank every single person that has helped me so far this year. I work with some wonderful Agents, Solicitors, Business Development Managers and Colleagues all of which have advised, helped and been there when needed the absolute most. ❤

B U T my clients are unbelievable. Honestly, I feel so lucky with the clients I have and how understanding and patient they all are. I am so thankful for that and makes my job just that little bit easier. ❤

☀️ For now though, I am taking a break and spending time with my Husband, and getting back to exploring the world and re-charging together. 🌍☀️
