1700mm x 800 double ended quantum bath , built in with large inset shelf and full length shelf above.
Vitra Zentrum toilet pan with soft close seat and Geberit concealed cistern and glass flush plate.
The bath is filled by a thermostatic valve which also feeds the auxiliary shower to the left.
1600mm walk in shower with 1200mm long glass screen.
Over head deluge shower and wand shower on slider rail both fed from thermostatic valve.

The main feature of this bathroom is the 2m long Harvey George double vanity unit in StiffKey Blue.
The basins have Belini Monoblocs amd there are twin toothbrush stations in the centre.
An 1800mm wide edge lit mirror finishes this area.
To the left is a Clearwater clear stone Teardrop Grande bath, with waterfall wall filler and two inbuilt shelves.
To the right is a concealed cistern toilet with Geberit glass flush plate amd Vitra Zentrum pan with soft close seat.
The shower is 1200mm x 900mm with bespoke glass Enclosure to fit the sloped ceiling, Grohe Growtherm 800 shower amd inbuilt shelf.
To the left of the shower is an inbuilt cupboard with matching door to the vanity unit.
Two bergamo towel rails in white
Tiles are Serenity 600 x 600 with inbuilt shelves either side of the mirror, in the bath area and in the shower area.

The shower has three outlets with overhead shower, wand shower and 6 body jets for that ultimate shower experience.

Bathrooms are making more use of technology.
This bathroom has the lot.
A corner massage/jacuzzi bath with glass panel dominates the room. The bath is filled by a waterfall outlet in the corner and has a built in hand shower. Above the bath is an inset shelf and a voice controlled smart TV which is a mirror when not in use.
To the right is a flush plate toilet with Japanese style pan with voice controlled built in bidet.
Wall hung 800mm wide sink unit with Black mono bloc
To the right of the sink are two electric toothbrush charging stations.
The shower is a wet room type with black two out let valve and black over head shower and wand shower.
1300mm wide LED edge lit smart mirror
The shower is enclosed with 1100mm long glass and has a wall hung shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispenser and built in shelf.
Bergamo 500 x 1230mm towel rail on silver grey and chrome.
The ceiling has 6No IP65 voice controlled smart spotlights which can change colour and brightness as required.
The ceiling also houses two Bluetooth speakers and a ceiling mounted Echo Dot unit which controls all the voice activated items in the bathroom.
An in-line extraction fan is built into the loft with an inlet grill in the ceiling.
Tiles are 600mm x 300mm porcelain on black and silver. Trim and ancillaries are in chrome

Small bathroom.
The bath was moved from the left hand side of the room and put under the window. A 1600mm x 800mm Carron thin walled Profile Bath was used to create a wider shower area and also to keep the internal length dimension the same as a standard 1700mm bath.
The bath is filled from a three way thermostatic valve with overhead shower and auxiliary wand shower.
An in-folding 8mm glass shower screen with minimal structure prevents feeling claustrophobic when having a bath.
Sink and toilet were moved from under the window to the left hand side of the room. Vitra close coupled S20 pan with soft close seat and 600mm Novum wall hung Camber sink with Bellini monobloc.
A 1200 x 500mm edge lit LED anti-fog mirror opens up the room.
Bergamo 500mm x 1230mm towel rail in mineral white.
A new extraction fan was installed along with new ceiling and LED chrome spotlights.
Wall and floor tiles are Anderley light grey matt 600mm x 300mm with chrome trim

No job too small!
This separate toilet was totally refurbished. New ceiling and walls, plastered and two new IP65 chrome spotlights.
A new Geberit concealed cistern was installed with Chrome flush plate and Vitra S20 pan with soft closed seat
Tiles are Verona Rainstone Grey, half tiled to 1.2m on the walls.
Chrome trim and chrome toilet roll holder finish the look

This job is also a good example of how LED lights work - unlike the old halogen lights, which gave off light in all directions, LED spotlights cone the light down wards - this has the effect of making wall tiles appear darker and floor tiles lighter, and significantly so - the tiles on the floor and walls of this toilet are the same colour.
Keep this in mind when choosing your colour scheme.

Large bathroom reconfigured.
This bathroom was another insurance claim from a leak which did damage to the floor of the bathroom and the ceiling below. TEC carried out a Trace and Access report and assisted the client with the claim leading to a full settlement. The client used the settlement towards improving the bathroom.
This bathroom had two entrances from when it was a separate toilet and bathroom.
TEC blocked one door off and a partition wall was built to house a wet room shower.
The shower is run from a two way thermostatic valve with over head deluge shower and auxiliary wand shower. The shower area has an inbuilt shelf for those shower items.
The bath was under the window but was moved to the opposite wall to create a more open central area and to fit a larger bath in.
The bath is a Carron double ended quantum 1800mm x 800mm filled through the overflow from a two way thermostatic valve with auxiliary shower.
The sink is a Novum 600mm camber unit with Belini monobloc and 500mm x 800mm LED antifog mirror
Towel radiator is a Bergamo 500mm x 1230mm in mineral white
Toilet is a Vitra S20 pan with soft close seat and concealed Geberit cistern with chrome flush plate.
The ceiling is white and chrome PVC with 7 LED IP65 Crome spotlights.
Chrome toilet roll holder, shaver socket and tile trim complete the look.
Tiles are Topstone grey
The ceiling below was replaced and plastered
The external soil pipe was also replaced as part of the project and new blinds were supplied and fitted to the windows.

Long narrow bathroom.
Layout was changed to have a shorter bit wider bath widthways rather than down the length. This opens up the room to make it feel bigger.
Larger inbuilt storage was fitted and the chimney was built around to disguise and hide the sink plumbing
New electrics were installed for lights, motto and socket feed and new extractor fan
Bath is a Carron 1600mm x 800mm profile bath filled through the overflow by a two way thermostatic valve with auxiliary shower
Sink is a 60m Novum Camber unit with monobloc
Mirror is a 500mm x 600mm Globe LED with antifog
Toilet is close coupled Vitra S20with soft close seat
Bergamo towel radiator in Mineral White
Cupboard unit is 500mm wide x 2000mm tall with split gloss white doors
Ceiling is white and chrome PVC with 7 LED IP65 spotlights
Chrome shaver/toothbrush socket, toilet roll holder and tile trim complete the look
Wall tiles are Matlock Cream 500mm x 250mm
Floor tiles are Traverk Heart Beige 150mm x 900mm

Wet room with layout change.
This bathroom had a congested look due to an old cupboard which housed the combi boiler.
TEC moved the boiler into the cellar to open up the room with all pipework for the upstairs heating built into the wall.
The bath was changed to a wet room shower, using our preferred Impey Aquadec system. The over head and wand shower were fed from a thermostatic valve.
Sink is a 500mm Novum Camber wall mounted unit with Belini monobloc and Pebblegrey 500 x 600mm Edge lit LED mirror.
Toilet is a Vitra S20 pan with soft close seat and Geberit concealed cistern and Chrome flush plate with the top shelf merged into the window sill for a clean look
Towel Rail is a 500mm x 1230mm Bergamo in mineral white.
The ceiling is white and chrome PVC with 5 new LED chrome IP65 spotlights. A new IP65 extraction fan was fitted along with a chrome shaver/toothbrush socket.
Tiles are Granite Nillo natural on the walls and floor with Granite Nillo patterned on the feature wall and inset shelf in the shower area.
Tiling is finished with Chrome trim

Renovation of two en-suite bathrooms and a kitchen.

This was an installation only contract, with all bathroom and kitchen items/tiles supplied by the client.
TEC supplied all ancillary construction and plumbing materials and consumables.

The kitchen and utility area was a full replacement with the floor removed and stiffened with additional timbers to prevent movement which had cracked the previous floor tiles.
The ceiling was replaced and plastered by TEC with electrics carried out by the clients own subcontractor.
TEC then fitted the new kitchen. An L shape of units in the main kitchen with a range cooler and extractor and Belfast Sink. An American style fridge freezer was installed on a matching housing in the corner with a wall mounted island on the back wall. Utility area had its own sink unit with cupboard and free standing washer with cupboards above and large cupboard to house the boiler.
Worktops and back splashes were in quartz in the main kitchen, with laminate worktop and tiles back splash in the utility.
The floor was then tiled through into the utility room and free standing appliances fitted.

En-suite bathroom one had a leak from the toilet which had damaged the floor and joists plus the downstairs toilet ceiling and wall below.
TEC carries out a Trace and Access investigation and provided a full photographic report which resulted in a successful insurance claim.
A new low level shower tray was fitted with sliding door enclosure. Toilet was a close coupled Vitra S20 unit with a floor standing vanity unit and ECO cloak room sink.
Ceiling is white PVC with 3 new IP65 LED spotlights
The downstairs toilet below had the ceiling replaced and plastered.

En-suite Bathroom 2 had a low level shower tray installed with open entry and 1000mm long glass shower screen with flipper panel.
Toilet was a Vitra S20pan with concealed cistern inside Eco furniture with worktop. Eco vanity sink unit with mono block and LED edge lot anti fog mirror.
An inbuilt shelf was fitted in the shower area

This bathroom was refurbished rather than replaced in full.
The bath was replaced with new free standing Burlington bath with new wood look tiles in that area. A wall mounted tap was installed with two inset shelves to store items whilst bathing.
The sink units were upgraded with new wood look tiles and new monobloc Bellini taps.
The shower area was retiled and had a new Grohe shower fitted and a new sliding door enclosure. The ceiling was in the shower area was replaced with gloss white panels with 2 new LED spotlights and a new extraction system
A new inset shelf was built into the shower area for those shower items.
The two chrome towel rails were replaced with Bergamo quartz towel rails to match the colour scheme
Tiles are Wood Mania Honey, 1200mm x 200mm

This bathroom has a combined wet room bath and shower area to give the features required in limited space.
A 1700 x 700 Carron profile bath filled by a three way concealed valve through the overflow.
The valve also feeds the overhead shower and auxiliary hand shower, positioned to use in both the shower and bath. The bath surround is fully waterproofed as it forms part of the wet shower area.
The Novum drawer unit with round basin and Kai tower tap and 500x700 edgelit LED mirror are separated from the shower area with a glass screen.
The toilet is a Vitra S20 pan with soft close seat, concealed cistern and flush plate.
A quartz coloured towel rail completes this area
Tiles are Kairos Bianco, 400 x 200 with 400 x 400 on the floor.
The feature tiles in the shower floor and inset shelf backs are Riverstone pebbles
The ceiling is Matt-white PVC panels with Ansel chrome LED spotlights
A Bluetooth speaker was fitted in the corner of the room connected to an Amazon Echo
