Pride in Care Individual Private Carers

Pride in Care Individual Private Carers We are Private domiciliary carers with 27 years experience. As your needs change and develop, visits can be increased or reduced to suit your needs.

We work on a flexible solution to support independent living at home and avoiding residential care. I would like to stress we are INDIVIDUAL private carers. We have our own individual private carers insurance with Direct Care Insurance and we are DBS checked. We are able to work together under our own separate insurances.

So last weekend, me and Dee were asked by one of our clients if we could shower her in the garden because her wet room isn’t ready yet. We both looked at each other and said yes! Her daughter rigged up a hosepipe, and we managed to give her a garden shower. It made her day—she said she felt like a new woman. It’s crazy how something so simple can mean the world to someone. Never thought I’d be showering someone in a garden, but sometimes you just gotta make do. Little things really do make a big difference! ❤️🚿

Had to say goodbye to Joy as she has moved into a care home in Southbourne has been bittersweet. It’s been a true joy to work alongside her and her family over the past year. I’m so glad she was able to bring her dog with her because we all know how much comfort and therapy dogs provide, especially for someone living with dementia. I hope they are settling in well, and I look forward to visiting once she’s settled. Though I will miss them dearly, I wish Joy all the best in this new chapter and want them to know I’m always here if they need me. At the same time, I’m excited to welcome Anne to our family and look forward to supporting her and her loved ones on this journey together. ❤️❤️

I just want to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you. Your incredible recommendations, kind words, and ongoing support mean the world to me and have truly helped my business flourish. Without you, none of this would be possible. I’m so grateful for every single one of you who takes the time to share your experiences and trust in what I do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey with me.❤️❤️

My new client has been with me for a week, and in that short time, we've seen a remarkable transformation. Not only has her mental health improved significantly, but her appetite and overall well-being have also taken a positive turn. She went from barely eating to having three proper meals a day, and she has become continent both day and night, which is a huge change from before when she struggled with incontinence due to inconsistent care visits at varying times. Additionally, her mood has lifted noticeably. This incredible progress is all thanks to the continuity of care and regular, timely visits. It truly shows what a difference just one week can make. ❤️❤️

After having our logo for the last 15 years, I decided it was time to change it and like everything else move on so I am giving my Business a new logo and I am doing new business cards and invoices etc.

The idea behind my new logo is deeply personal. The hands represent my Nan holding mine—she was a huge part of my life and one of my greatest supporters. I cared for her until she passed, and her loss left a massive hole in my heart. The heart in the logo symbolizes my love for my job, helping people, and making their lives easier by fulfilling their wish to stay in their own homes rather than moving into care homes. The flower reflects growth—both of a flower and my business. And the sunshine? People often say I’m their ray of sunshine. This logo means a lot to me, and I’m proud to wear it as a symbol of being a Carer.

I hope you all like it as it is a very heartfelt logo to me and there’s true feeling and meaning behind as you’ve just read above please let me know what you think 🙏❤️
