I support small and medium sized UK based business owners with day to day tasks, based from my home in the West Midlands, UK as their virtual assistant. I have experience with various cloud based software such as DEXT, Sage and Xero to name a few. With over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, I offer a range of services as listed below:

- End to end invoice processing (raising invoice

s, processing supplier invoices and making supplier payments).

- Bank, cash, credit card reconciliations
- Support with cloud based software
- Spreadsheet creation / Document management
- Email / Diary management
- Managing and monitoring expenses
- Debt management (chasing aged debt, dealing with queries)
- Maintaining / Updating records
- Workshop / Events management
- Dealing with HMRC
- Liaise with external accountants
- Support with any other ad-hoc admin
