Another job wrapped up for a new customer of ours and a nice reminder for myself, if I ever doubt my capabilities of dealing with issues on a reno I just need to remember I’m a spark and that I literally deal with fault finding for a living, just like tonight 😅

Goal setting week set from Thursday to the following Friday this week, Sunday planning this time is for reflecting on the previous week, where it was succesful and what could have been improved then line up the week ahead.

Even with another busy week 80% of goals were hit, this week less busy but all planned out to overlook each morning and after work.

4/5 posts, Fight club every day ✅, 4/5 deals analysed, 2/3 gym sessions done (cardio session done though), 3 follow ups with potential investors ✅, 60 mins outreach ✅

I was changing my investor pack a couple days ago and realised some wording in there that just didn’t sit right with me, calling the property business part time.

Although is isn’t the main business that pays me, part time feels like it’s 2nd thought of, not as much effort is put into it but when 30+ hours per week is being put into this business it’s not just just a side hustle.

Takes a commitment, full time commitment to be pushing to build something alongside your other business and I think to say both are my full time business’s is more justified.

Fortunately I’ve positioned myself where I can dedicate this much time into following my passion which not many can with a lot going on in their lives, a lot of sacrifices along the way but all will be worth it down the line.

Happy Sunday, finishing the week off with a morning conditioning session with a run in the storm, 500 calories out and 500 in with the doughnut 😂

Common space for me on nights during the week and weekends, sometimes switched up to the gyms work area.

With nothing more done than grinding for a dream, finding my next project, getting admin work done for the trade job and holding myself accountable to get done all what is set out every morning during the freedom warriors fight club. Outreach, locate properties that suite the strategy, offer repeat.

Numbers run on 6 properties this last week, 5 off market and another on the market.

The 5 off market properties already worked as low as they can didn’t work for me this time, margins too tight once you stress test the sale price and consider down valuations.

The one on the market, offer was put forward for this one and it wasn’t yet accepted but again, the seller was made aware that the offer will be on the table until I have one accepted, so if the offer wants to be revisited down the line if it struggles to sell it can be.

Today was a nice reminder of how much I value trust in what I do.

Fairly new client on mine, someone I haven’t known for long left me their house key so I can get on with the work over the next few days, something I’m so used to but when you really think about it it’s quite a big deal.

I know that kind of trust isn’t small and takes a lot for someone to do, especially considering they live in the property and it honestly makes me proud of that kind of relationship I build with customers.
