Halifax are launching a new mortgage product from 18th May for buyers with a minimum £5,000 personal deposit. Combined with lenders recently lowering interest rates, things may be starting to open up again for some buyers 📉

Still subject to criteria and affordability checks of course — but if you thought buying was out of reach, it may be worth another conversation.
