The Phantomhive family has the power to control and manage everything in the underworld of Britain and maintain the division between the underworld and surface world. An interference with the regular society usually opts the Queen to rely on the Phantomhives to annihilate it. It is a secret executive agency of England and is strictly confidential. Often called the “Queen’s Watch Dogs” or the “Evil

Noblemen”, they have served the Queen for generations. The Phantomhive Household is home to a known Earl named Ciel Phantomhive. Together with his butler, Sebastian Michaelis, they perform tasks for their clients, may it be a small task or a big job. The Household consists of a maid (Mey-Rin), a cook (Baldroy), a gardener (Finnian) a footman (Snake) and a steward (Tanaka). The Phantomhive Household is known for its unbeatable hospitality. It can be said that there is nothing the Phantomhive’s could not do. The household also have business connection to various companies and noble families such as Mr. Lau the branch manager of the Shanghai trading company named "Kong-Rong", Prince Soma of Bengal and his right hand servant Agni, and the current earl's fiancé Lady Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Midford, daughter of Alexis Leon and Francis Midford.
