At our quarterly sales meeting today, we've got a fair few achievements to celebrate!

At Capital B, we recognise our brokers when they hit certain milestones in net commission generated in a single month.

And today we're handing out caps for some seriously impressive numbers!

All achieved in ONE MONTH! 👏

Each cap comes with a bottle to celebrate the achievement and a proper well done from the rest of the team.

This is simply about recognising hard work, celebrating success and making sure the people who are helping build Capital B know how much they're appreciated.

It's starting to feel like home! 🏡

We've been in our new Capital B office in Wokingham for just over a month now, and slowly but surely, we're making it our own!

A new office is exciting, but it's the people, the atmosphere and the little touches that really make it feel like home.

So we've put Kian, one of our new Marketing Apprentices, to work adding a bit more Capital B personality to the place!

And what better way than displaying some of the caps our brokers have earned through their hard work and achievements? 🧢

They're more than just caps. They're little reminders of the effort, determination and success of the people who make Capital B what it is.

As we continue to grow, we want this office to be somewhere our team enjoys coming to, where achievements are celebrated and where we can keep pushing the business forward together.

And there's another reason we're sharing this video... 🎥
It's the very first video our new marketing team has created completely from scratch!

We've only had Elise and Kian with us for a short time, but they're already bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the business.

And personally, I think they've made a cracking start! 👏

There's still plenty to do with the office and plenty more to come from our marketing team, but we're really excited about both.

New office. New talent. Same Capital B ambition.

A cracking September deserves a little treat! 🎃🍬

A big thank you to our friends a MTF for the lovely Halloween goodies they sent over to thank us for a fantastic September working together!

It's always nice to receive a little something from our lending partners, and even better when it involves sweets! 😂

We've had a brilliant month working with the MTF team, helping clients get their property finance deals over the line, and we're looking forward to plenty more of the same.

As for the Halloween sweets...

They definitely won't make it to Halloween. In fact, I'd be surprised if they make it to the weekend! 😂🍫

Completing the build doesn’t always mean the finance journey is finished.
