New Local site for trading. (crazy Trading) buy, sell, swap give away, Advertise your businesses. Also why not hire out your items such as DIY tools etc Indicate your required deposit hiring rates so don't just let your items rust put them to good use.
You Could even hire out/ sell your lovely evening/ going out/ fancy dress/ wedding dresses in the same way Don't let them gather dust when you have only worn it once. Put it to use an make some money!! Make sure your deposit is marked as refundable on the basis it returned in the same condition. (Might be an idea to have before and after pictures
