Behind every “finished project” you see, there are months (sometimes years) of planning, problem-solving, negotiations, refurbishments, planning applications, and plenty of moving parts behind the scenes.
Here’s a quick snapshot of what we’re currently working on 👇
🏡 52 East Street – Just completed the purchase. Next up: a full renovation and conversion into a 6-bed HMO.
🏗️ 7 Warren Road – Nearly there. A purchase lease option project being transformed from a house into 2 flats with a title split.
📋 3 Greenway Road – Planning underway to convert this former social housing C2 property into a 3-bed house and 4-bed bungalow, followed by a title split.
🔨 51 Gestridge – Contractors are now on site for our mini-complex title split project, with potential plans to add a further 2 flats by converting the garages.
🏢 523 Babbacombe Road – Around 60–70% through this commercial-to-residential conversion, creating 6 flats ready for title splitting.
✅ Solways & Mission House – Both completed and now just weeks away from refinancing.
And yes… we’ve also got a planning application that’s been dragging on for 10 months (property development isn’t always glamorous).
Plus a brand new JV hotel conversion project about to start.
This is property development in the real world. Progress, patience, challenges, pivots… and building long-term value.
