Whats the point in being a miserable sod expecting everything on a plate 🍽️ and then playing the blame game when that ship 🚢 doesn't come in? 🤷‍♂️

Gratitude even has health benefits
😂 Increased happiness and positive mood
👜 Less materialistic
⚠️ Less likely to experience burnout
🏃‍♂️ Better physical health
💤 Better sleep and less fatigue
💪 Greater resiliency

Being grateful for what you have also encourages the development of patience, humility, and wisdom so in turn plays a positive role in your personal development

I have seen, on numerous occasions, people who have been given the same information end up with completely contrasting results 🤷‍♂️

In my opinion it is because, SUCCESS requires
🎯 Proaction not reaction
♥️ A strong reason / motivation
🔑 Being solution orientated
🚀 Taking responsibility for decisions
❌ Not blaming others when things get tough
🔍 Having a clarity of focus
👣 Discipline to take small steps daily
